File
Within the file menu the most commonly used file function are displayed. Of course these functions are again self explanatory but please note that some functions can only be used on image and that these functions can not be applied to multiple selected files. If you would like to automatically apply these functions to more then one file use the corresponding file function within the “Organize” menu. Furthermore note that file functions can also be applied directly using the keyboard shortcut commands.
Move to... moves the currently selected media file to the location of your choice. The move functions “cuts” the media from the current location and moves it to the new defined path.
Copy to… copies a media file to a location of your choice.
Rename…renames a media file.
Delete… deletes the currently selected media file.
File Information…displays the file information of the selected media file.
File date/Time... allows you to change the file date and time of the selected media file. See Adjust file date chapter for more detailed information.
Change DPI...see the Set DPI chapter for more information.
Set Photo as Wallpaper.. Ashampoo Photo Commander 10 converts the selected image into your new desktop background. The following options are available: - Fit to screen - Centered - Tiled - Stretched - Delete For more information see the Wallpaper chapter.
