The Ashampoo Photo Commander 10 offers the possibility to print thumbnail sheet, which is created by printing several images on the same paper(s) using predefined settings. The Print a Thumbnail Sheet… tool can be found in the applications Tools menu or from the Common tab in the Print function drop-down menu. Or you can use the appropriate shortcut keys.

 

 

Add files (Step1)

General Options

 

· Add Files: Add/Remove files to/from the list of files that should be sent.

 

· Move Up/Down: is used to select in which order files should be processed.

 

· Remove selected: Removes the all selected files from the processing list.

 

· Remove all: Clears the list completely.

General Options

 

· Print one test page only: If enabled, only the first page will be printed. This is good to quickly test the printed output but at the same time to avoid unnecessary printer activity.

 

· Orientation: Decide if the output should be in portrait or landscape orientation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

   

Processing Options

 

· Print page number at bottom: Specify the number of images per column and the number of images per row.

 

· Images per Page: Multiplying the number of images per row by the number of images per column will give the total number of images per page.

 

· Space between Images: Specify the amount of space in horizontal and vertical position to be used between each image of the page. The unit used is pixels.

 

· Print Header: If enabled, you can type a header that will be printed on top of all images. Further you can select the font, color and style that will be used for the header.

 

· Print Filename: If enabled, on the bottom of each image its filename will be written using the specified font.

 

· Print Image Attributes: If enabled, on the bottom of each image its image attributes will be written using the specified font.

 

· Print File date: If enabled, on the bottom of each image its file size will be written using the specified font.

 

To just the font type and size just click on Font…

Hint: When printing several images at once, you can use the Print Thumbnail Sheet tool to create an index page of the images, and then use the Batch Print tool to print each of the images on a single paper! It will look good!
