Crop
The Crop option is another great Ashampoo Photo Commander 10 feature which helps you to trim your picture, to delete bothersome edges or to create new images out of enlargements. Click on the picture and keep the left mouse button pressed, until the spotted frame is in the right position.Of course, you are also able to move the frame for further treatment.
Once you’ve found the right position, there are several options to chose from: Crop the image, copy your selection or edit the selection with selected effects.
A new function is the Free Style Color Selection. When using this feature only areas of an image with similar color are selected (in detail: areas with a similar tonal value) so that you can crop areas of a certain color without having to draw around the complete outlines with your mouse.
But this new function can do even more. Just click on Tools (see image below) to see the various options. Now you can select whether you want to crop the image or even apply an effect or copy a part of the image.
