Custom Blur Effect
Sometimes it `s useful to be able to blur an image. The custom blur effect does just exactly that for you! Move the Radius bar to define how much blur is applied to the image! Afterwards use the preview button to directly display and preview the effect on the image. If you like the result apply the effect using Ok.
