Red Eye Removal (manually) Another great new function of the Ashampoo Photo Commander 10 is the Red Eye Remove-Tool. To remove the red eye effect from images of your choice follow the instructions below:
1. | Open the file you would like remove the red eyes from.

2. | Zoom into the image so that you can see the eyes and respectively the iris as large as possible.
|
3. | Use the scroll tool to scroll to one of the eyes in the image.
|
4. | Now choose the red eye remove tool from the image toolbar.
|
5. | Use the selection tool of the red eye remove-tool as shown in the screenshot below to select the area of the eye that is effected.
|
6. | Select the color from the drop down box that you would like to apply to the effected iris.
|
7. | Click the Yes-button to exchange the color to the selected area of the iris.
|
8. | Repeat the procedure for the second eye.

Note: As you can see in the screenshot below, the red eye remove tool offers a preview, which makes it easier to see what you are doing.

2. | Zoom into the image so that you can see the eyes.

3. | Select an area around both eyes.
|
4. | Select the color from the drop down box that you would like to apply to the effected eyes.
|
5. | Click the Yes-button to exchange the color to the eyes.
|
